Objective To evaluate the effect of aerobic combined resistance exercise in children with malignant tumors. Methods We searched databases including Wanfang,VIP,CNKI,CBM,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase and CINAHL,from inception to May 2021,and we included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) reporting the effectiveness of aerobic combined resistance exercise in children with malignant tumors. 2 trained researchers screened the literature, evaluated the quality and extracted the data independently, and the meta-analysis was implemented with RevMan 5.4. Results Totally 7 RCTs involving 452 children were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that after exercise intervention, the cancer-related fatigue[SMD=-1.07,95%CI(-1.60,-0.53),P<0.01] and 6-minute walk test[SMD=0.83,95%CI(0.47,1.19),P<0.01] of children in the experimental group are better than those in the control group. There were no statistically significant differences in peak oxygen uptake [SMD=-0.08,95%CI(-0.42,0.26),P=0.63] and health-related quality of life[SMD=-0.09,95%CI(-0.44,0.26),P=0.62]. Conclusion Aerobic combined with resistance exercise can alleviate cancer-related fatigue in children with malignant tumors and enhance their cardiopulmonary function. However, the conclusion of this study needs to be confirmed by further high quality research.

Objective To explore the effects of family dignity intervention on care burden and negative emotions in primary caregivers of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods We conveniently enrolled 80 pairs of MCI patients and their primary caregivers, and divided them into the experimental group(n=40 pairs)and the control group(n=40 pairs) based on the day of discharge. The control group was given conventional psychological care while family dignity intervention was added to the experimental group. Zarit Burden Scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and Herth Hope Index were used to evaluate the effects before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the care burden score and anxiety depression score of the main caregivers in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the hope index score was significantly higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Family dignity intervention can significantly relieve the burden of primary caregivers of elderly patients with MCI,effectively alleviate their negative emotions and improve level of hope.
